Dr. Surendra Bahadur Mathur is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics. He has done is MD in Pediatrics from Govt. Medical College, Haldwani following which he did Senior Residency at Lady Hardinge Medical College & Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New Delhi. He worked as Assistant Professor at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad and then worked as Assistant Professor at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He is a skilled professional with over 11 years of experience in the field of Pediatrics, Pediatric Cardiology, Neonatology, Medical Research, Medical Education, Pediatric Neurology, and Hospital Administration and nearly 8 years of post MD teaching experience in Pediatrics. He is efficient in Clinical and Communication Skills for Patient management and satisfaction, is experienced in planning and conducting Medical Research and is an effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills. He is the national trainer for Advanced and Basic Neonatal Resuscitation certified by the IAP-NNF NRPFGM Program and Nurturing Care for Early Childhood Development (NC-ECD) certified by the IAP. He is also the State Trainer for Social Awareness and Actions to Neutralize Pneumonia Successfully (SAANS) of the GNCTD.
