About

Dr. Jaspreet Kaur graduated (M.B.B.S.) from Lady Hardinge Medical College in 1996 , pursued post-graduation (M.D. Biochemistry ) from University College of Medical Sciences in 2001. She worked as Senior Resident in Maulana Azad Medical College till 2003.Presently she is working as Professor & head of Biochemistry, Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, New Delhi. She has vast teaching experience of more than 17 years at both graduate and postgraduate level and is also part of PG teaching curriculum and guide for MD biochemistry as well as for MSc. Medical Biochemistry. She is incharge of weekly academic meets at HIMSR.

She has more than 30 international and national publications in peer reviewed indexed journals. She also serve as an Editorial board member of few national journals. She has worked as Professor and Head at Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences.

She has been NABL assessor from 2015 and NABH entry level assessor from 2018.  She has been working as Lab Director since March 2024 and aiming for NABL accreditation in near future. She has been actively involved in NABH training programme. She organized 4 days hands-on Training on Quality Management System and Internal Audit for Medical Testing Laboratories as per ISO 15189: 2022 in collaboration with Quality Austria on 27.08.2024 in  HIMSR.as an organising secretory for 35 participants from pathology, microbiology and biochemistry department and 20 DMC credit points have been awarded for this event.

She has organised HamdardBiocon 2024 in month of December 2024 in collaboration with CAHO – a continual medical education event cum workshop as Chief organizing chairperson.
