Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research and it’s associated HAH Centenary Hospital Guru Ravidas Marg, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi is accredited with NABH and NABL.
We are looking for the post of OT Technicians in the Department of Anaesthesiology. (Eligible candidates are invited to apply for this post at HIMSR on contractual basis).
The specification for the post is as under:

| Salary | 23,000 negotiable as per experience |

Job Responsibilities
|
· Preparation and maintenance of the operation theatre.
· Preparation and positioning of the patient for the surgical procedure, lifting heaving weights. · Assisting the surgeons and anaesthetists in surgery related tasks. · Maintaining clean and hygienic environment in the operation theatre. · Ensure the availability of clean and sterilized equipment’s in the operation theatre before the surgery. · Transport of the patient from one zone of the operation theatre to the other.(theatre to recovery room) · Arrangement of the equipment, supplies and instrument in the operation theatre as per the surgery. · Thorough understanding of the operation theatre protocols and standards. · Ensuring medical gases and pipelines are appropriately attached and in working condition, knowledge of central Gas Supplies maintenance. · Ensuring adequate number of consumables available in the department. · Monitor the repair TAT and preventive maintenance cycle of the equipment and instruments in order to ensure the availability in working condition. · Operating/helping in operating C-arm, USG machines & other OT equipment. · Knowledge and experience of CSSD/Sterilisation processes. · Periodic night duties as per roster. |
