Medical Superintendent HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, has intended to nominate Vendors for the

Annual Maintenance contract (CAMC) of Data Center Equipment’s Extended Warranty for 3 Years at HIMSR

Details are mentioned on Annexure -1

Sealed bids are invited from the eligible System Integrators, who are having experience in a providing similar services from last 5 years.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Bid should consist of all the details of the company.
2. Bidder should have average turnover of three crores from the consecutive last three financial years.
3. Bidder Should submit MAF from all the mentioned equipment OEM’s for support & services.
4. Bidder should be ISO 9001, ISO 20000 Certified.
5. Bidder should submit similar two work orders of minimum 50 lakhs from last 5 years.
6. In the Contract every quarter Preventive Maintenance should be done.
7. The payment terms will be 100% Annual advance basis.
8. The companies are requested to submit the Closed Tender Bid in the tender Box 9^th Floor New Block – B, HIMSR & HAHC hospital on any working day from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and if the bid is sent by post, it must reach before 27/04/2022, please drop mail on am.it@himsr.co.in for any query.
9. HIMSR & HAHC hospital reserves the right to reject any or all Quotation/Tenders or split the Quotations/Tenders without assigning any reason.
10. Tender fees Rs.5000/- will be submitted in form of DD/Cheque in favour of Hamdard Institute of Medical sciences and research.
