Medical Superintendent, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, intends to nominate an eligible agency for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CMC) / Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of M/s Matachana CSSD Equipment
Sealed bids are invited from vendors engaged in similar business. The tender will follow a Single Bid System (containing both Technical Bid and Price Bid) to be submitted as per the schedule given below:

General Terms & Conditions
- The bid should clearly mention terms & conditions, and the price should be indicated for items as per the specifications given in Annexure – I.
- Companies are requested to submit their sealed quotations/tenders in the office of Biomedical Engineering Department, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, on any working day between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and latest by 18/10/2025. If sent by post, the bid must reach before 17/10/2025.
- HIMSR & HAHC Hospital reserves the right to reject any or all quotations/tenders, or to split the order, without assigning any reason thereof.
