NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT) FOR AUCTION OF CONDEMNED RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENT

NIT No.: HIMSR/BME/AUCTION/2025/01

Sealed tenders are invited from authorized firms/agencies for the auction and disposal of condemned Radiology Equipment (including C-Arm and X-Ray units) as per the guidelines of the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) and E-Waste Management Rules.

Note: These machines contain radiation-generating components and must be handled and disposed of as per AERB norms.

  1. Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be a firm authorized for disposal of e-waste/radiology equipment.
  • Must possess a valid license for handling radiation equipment (if applicable).
  • Must comply with all applicable government and AERB regulations.
  1. Terms & Conditions:
  • The items will be sold on “as-is-where-is” basis.
  • Bidders shall quote a lump sum price for the listed equipment.
  • Interested parties may inspect the equipment at HIMSR during working hours with prior appointment.
  • Successful bidder shall bear all responsibilities for removal, transportation, and legal disposal.
  • HIMSR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
  • The bidder must submit:
  • Copy of PAN, GST, and any applicable authorization.
  • A copy of AERB license or confirmation of authorized channel for disposal.
