Short Term Tender for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 86- inch Interactive Display’s

HIMSR & associated Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital invites bids from reputed, experienced and financially sound companies /firms/agencies/OEM for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 86-inch Interactive Display. The interested Companies /Firms /Agencies who are in similar business may send their financial bids on the basis of the technical specifications attached in Annexure I.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS

1. Detailed Specifications & Information are given in Annexure I to Annexure II.
2. Eligibility of bidder: – This invitation of bids is open to Reputed Indian manufacturer or their authorized dealers /sole selling agents/OEM/stockiest authorized by the manufacturer to quote on their behalf for this tender.
3. The sealed envelopes of Technical Bid & Financial bid are to be dropped separately in the tender box, Ninth floor – HAHCH, Block B up till 2:30 pm of 25^th May 2026
4. Technical Bid to be submitted separately in the envelope with all the supporting documents.
5. Financial bid will be opened only for bidders qualified in the technical bid.
6. HAH Centenary Hospital reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the terms and condition contained in the tender document or to reject any or all tenders without giving any notice or assign any reason.
