TENDER FOR HIRING OF SECURITY SERVICES THROUGH OUT-SOURCING AGENCY
Tender notice for inviting sealed tenders under two bid systems (Technical Bid & Financial Bid) from registered and reputed, eligible and qualified Security Agencies for providing 24×7 integrated watch & ward services in different areas of HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, New Delhi with required number of suitably equipped, trained and uniformed security personnel for one year (extendable further on mutually agreeable terms)
- Cost of tender Rs. 5000/- only (Non-Refundable)
- Due date of tender submission latest by 19.03.2022 (up to 02:00 P.M)
- Time and date of tender opening, technical bid On 19.03.2022 (at 03:00 P.M)
- Earnest Money Rs. 5,00,000/- (Refundable/Adjustable)
- Security Money Rs. 10,00,000/- minimum or as decided by the Competent
Authority (Refundable/Adjustable)
- Term of contract One year may be extended further on mutually agreeable basis
The interested agencies should submit the tender documents in separate sealed envelopes in the office of the Head Finance & Administration by the last date of submission of tender. The earnest & tender fee shall be submitted along with the tender documents in favor of “HIMSR” payable at New Delhi.

- HIMSR & HAHC Hospital reserves the right to reject any or all quotations/tenders or split the quotations/tenders without assigning any reason.
