Tender Invitation for Calibration of Critical Equipment in Hospital

Tender No.: HIMSR&HAHCH/Calibration of Critical Equipment/2025-26

The Medical Superintendent, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced agencies for the Calibration of Critical Equipment installed in the hospital. The tender will follow a Single Bid System (Work Scope + Price Bid), to be submitted as per the following schedule:

General Terms & Conditions

1. The bid should clearly mention all terms & conditions, and the price should be indicated item-wise as per the Work Scope and technical specifications provided in Annexure–I.
2. Companies are requested to submit their sealed quotations/tenders at the Biomedical Engineering Department, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, on any working day between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and latest by 11/12/2025.
   • If sent by post, the bid must reach the office on or before 10/12/2025.
3. HIMSR & HAHC Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations/tenders, or to split the order, without assigning any reason thereof.

5. Payment Terms:
   100% payment shall be released after the satisfactory completion of calibration work and inspection/verification by the concerned department.
