Medical Superintendent, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, intends to nominate an eligible agency for the Procurement of Bed Mattress, Mattress Rexine Cover, Pillow Rexine Cover, and Stretcher Mattress for hospital use.
Sealed bids are invited from vendors engaged in similar business. The tender will follow a Single Bid System (containing both Technical Bid and Price Bid) to be submitted as per the schedule given below:

General Terms & Conditions
- The bid should clearly mention terms & conditions, and the price should be indicated for items as per the technical specifications given in Annexure – I.
- Companies are requested to submit their sealed quotations/tenders in the office of Biomedical Engineering Department, HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, on any working day between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and latest by 28/11/2025.
- If sent by post, the bid must reach before 27/11/2025.
- HIMSR & HAHC Hospital reserves the right to reject any or all quotations/tenders, or to split the order, without assigning any reason thereof.
- The sealed bid should be addressed to: B-31, Biomedical Engineering Department HIMSR & HAHC Hospital, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi – 110062
Superscripted as: “Mattress, Rexine Cover for Hospital”
- Payment Terms: 100% payment shall be made after satisfactory supply and inspection of all items by the concerned department.
