About
Dr. Taskin Khan is presently working at Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, New Delhi as Associate Professor (Ophthalmology). She did her MBBS and post-graduation in Ophthalmology from the prestigious Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
Her area of interests is anterior segment diseases, Oculoplastics, Amblyopia and Preventive & Rehabilitative Ophthalmology. She has 27 years of extensive clinical, administrative & teaching experience. She has guided post graduate students and has served as an examiner for UPSMC, Lucknow. She is credited with scientific papers in peer review National & International Journals. In 2007 she was honoured with ‘Certificate of Excellent Case Management’ from Carthage Area Hospital, New York, USA. Dr Khan is actively engaged in the organization of conferences, workshops, seminars and health camps.
She is an active member of Medical Education Unit as well as various other institutional committees of HIMSR & HAHC Hospital.
