- THREE Hard Copies to be submitted to Thesis Protocol Committee secretariate / Chair
Sent the protocol complete in all aspect, along with cover letter and filled checklist to Academics Section, HIMSR
- One Soft Copy
- Email the protocol completed in all aspect to
academics-admin@himsr.co.in along with copy (cc) to all PI, Co-PI.
- For better facilitation, all MD/MS protocol’s soft copy from single department may be sent by the HOD in one mail.
- Guidelines for the presentation
Keep the PowerPoint presentation ready
Keep it as short as possible with number of slides to 5-7
One title page with all PI and Co PI
One Background with rationale page
One Objective page
Two to three Material and Methods page including Ethics consideration
Keep the Supporting material (questionnaire, references, study tools ) ready to be shown to the Thesis Protocol Committee.
- Revisions and Resubmission
If needed submit the revised THREE Hard Copies and One Soft Copy, as per the suggestion of Thesis Protocol Committee.
- Thesis Protocol Committee Approval
The information about the approval of the proposal will be send by email to respected HOD to be conveyed to all guides and student.
NOTE: Thesis Protocol Committee will also act as Expedited ethics review committee and screen the protocol for ethical clearances. Final Ethics approval will be done in Full Intuitional Ethics Committee.
Kindly collect the Hard copy of IEC approval from Intuitional Ethics Committee office.
