Subject: Invitation of Quotations for Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of Fresenius Dialysis Machines (07 Units)
Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR), New Delhi, invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced firms/agencies for providing a Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for the following equipment installed in the Dialysis Department:

Scope of Work
The successful bidder shall provide Comprehensive Maintenance Services including:
- Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) as per OEM recommendations.
- Breakdown maintenance with unlimited service visits.
- Repair/replacement of defective spare parts, assemblies, modules, and accessories required for proper functioning of the equipment.
- Calibration and performance verification, wherever applicable.
- Submission of service reports after each visit.
- Maintenance of equipment uptime as per agreed service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- The bidder should have experience in maintenance of Dialysis Machines in reputed hospitals/institutions.
- The bidder should have qualified and trained service engineers.
- The bidder should submit copies of GST Registration, PAN Card, and Company Registration Certificate.
- Preference will be given to OEMs or OEM-authorized service providers. However, competent third-party service providers may also participate subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
Contract Period
The contract shall be valid for one (01) year from the date of award and may be extended on satisfactory performance and mutual consent.
Payment Terms
Payment shall be released on a half-yearly basis (50% every six months) subject to satisfactory service performance and submission of service reports.
Bid Submission
The quotation should include:
- Detailed CMC charges (per machine and total cost).
- Applicable GST.
- Number of Preventive Maintenance Visits per year.
- Response time and breakdown attendance commitment.
- List of major spare parts covered under the contract.
- Details of service infrastructure and technical manpower.
- Previous experience in similar works.
Evaluation Criteria
The bids will be evaluated based on:
- Technical suitability and experience.
- Compliance with tender conditions.
- Service support capability.
- Commercial competitiveness of the offered price.
HIMSR Rights
HIMSR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof and shall not be bound to accept the lowest quotation.
