PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

It is for information to all that a public auction of unserviceable/ discarded items e.g. MS Scrap items like large size MS tanks, MS pipeline, motors, Electrical Panel etc. will be held as based on “As is where is basis” at HIMSR and HAH Centenary Hospital, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062.

Schedule:

Last date & time of inspection of items for auction. Tuesday 04th  August 2026 up to 3 PM
Date & time of auction. Wednesday, 05th August 2026 at 11:30 AM.
Auction participation fee. Rs 1,000/- (Non Refundable) in cash or Cheque in favor of ‘HIMSR’ payable at New Delhi.
Venue. M.S Office, board room, 2nd floor of HAHC Hospital Block-B.
 

Rs 15,000/- Security Deposit.

 Through DD in favour of HIMSR or Cash deposited only.

General terms and conditions:

  1. The bidders may inspect the unserviceable/ discarded items on any day up to Tuesday, 04th August 2026, up to 3 PM.
  2. The interested bidders/parties may participate in the auction as per the schedule by submitting the auction participation fee at the time of the auction.
  3. The bidding amount will start from a minimum of Rs. 1,06,200/- onwards.
  4. The successful bidder will have to deposit the full amount of bidding as Cash or a Cheque/Demand Draft in favor of HIMSR, payable at New Delhi, after getting a tax invoice from the HIMSR.
  5. The successful bidder would be required to lift all the auctioned items from the site without damaging any property of HIMSR and will be required to clear the site at their own cost within 3 days from the date of auction.
  6. The auctioned items will be permitted to be removed only after the full and final payment is received by the HIMSR.
  7. HIMSR reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason.
  8. The security deposit of the highest bidder will be retained, while the security deposits of disqualified bidders will be refunded on the same day.
