The Department of Biochemistry successfully organized a CME on “Basic Troubleshooting of AU series and Quality Control Practices in Clinical” on April 22, 2022. The event was attended by 30 participants, including faculty members, postgraduate students, laboratory technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
The session covered key aspects such as:
- Identification and resolution of common technical errors in AU series analyzers
- Preventive maintenance strategies and instrument handling
- Principles and interpretation of internal and external quality control data
- Best practices for maintaining analytical accuracy and precision
The program began with an introductory address by Prof. Alpana Saxena (HOD Biochemistry), followed by sessions:
