The Department of Biochemistry, HIMSR, organized a Continuing Medical Education (CME) session focused on “Quality Control with Emphasis on Unity Software Utility and Usage.” The session was held on February 20, 2025, and was delivered by Dr. Anjali Singh, a seasoned professional with over 24 years of expertise in laboratory operations, quality assurance, clinical trials, and medical education.
The event was designed to enhance the understanding of quality control processes, specifically through the application of Unity Software in the analytical phase of clinical biochemistry, pathology, and microbiology. The CME was followed by an external audit post-lunch, allowing participants to witness the practical implications of the theoretical knowledge shared during the talk.
The interactive session enabled students, faculty, and technical staff to engage directly with the expert, seek clarifications, and gain insights into routine laboratory quality control procedures.
