About
I have many years of extensive experience as a senior anaesthesiologist and had been a part of faculty at SKIMS, Soura, J&K- a prestigious medical institute in northern India.
I have been working as a faculty at HIMSR/ HAHC Hospital from October 2024 onwards till date. This post graduate teaching department has kept me abreast with latest literature through its teaching programme for MD Anaesthesia which is NMC recognised.
I am a guide, supervisor for post graduate anaesthesiology trainees and have guided many postgraduate students and been an examiner for MD final examination.
I have experience in major GI, neurosurgical and cardiothoracic anaesthesia, etc. and managed all grades of ASA patients as part of my work.
I had a privilege of being a part of academic council to promote quality trauma care in emergency medicine, where I had the opportunity to take part in projects with ICMR, NDMA.
I have experience of working in private and corporate health care structures, which has made me sensitive to that environment and its demands of working pattern / requirement, quality improvement and administrative processes

- Like attending workshops/ CME in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care to keep abreast with latest and acquire new skills.
