About
Passed MBBS in 1981 from GMC, Srinagar J&K (Kashmir University) and M.D Anaesthesia from same college in 1989.
Joined coveted SKIMS, Srinagar on 12th May 1990 as Senior Resident till 16th August 1993 and worked their as Assistant Professor from 17th August 1993 till 18th April 1994 before talking gulf assignment till June 2001.
Joined SKIMS as Assistant professor again 2nd July 2001 and worked as Assistant Professor for 5 years, Associate Professor for 4 years, Additional Professor for 3 years and Professor till 31st December 2016.
Joined HIMSR on 2nd February 2017 and am continuing as Professor & HOD, Department of Anaesthesia till date.
Area of Interest
- Paediatric, Thoracic, Maxilla-facial and Onco-anaesthesia.
- Side by side have keenly worked as intensivist also.
