Summary
A free health check-up camp was organized on 26th July 2025 (Saturday) at Gurudwara Shri Guru Gobind Singh, Block No. 13, Dakshinpuri, New Delhi – 62, in collaboration with Majidia Hospital, Society for Applied Studies (SAS), and HIMSR under the DEESH initiative.
The Departments of Community Medicine and Ophthalmology from HIMSR actively participated in the camp. Various tests including vision screening, blood pressure, blood sugar, anemia, and weight assessment were conducted. Around 150 patients were screened for anemia, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cataract, and other general health issues. Most of the identified cases were referred to HAHC Hospital for further treatment and management.
