This is for your kind information that Budget estimates for the year 2019-20 are in compilation phase, before finalizing the estimates we need to discuss the budget estimates of the respective departments/centers/units with the respective head of departments/ stakeholders.
In this regard we have made the schedule of meetings with the respective head of departments and Stakeholders on 25-03-2019 & 26-03-2019 in different time slots. You are requested to please attend the same as per the slot and venue mentioned in the Schedule attached.
