PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

It is for information to all that a public auction of unserviceable/ discarded/E-waste items e.g. LED Panels, MS, Wall fans, plastic cans, expired batteries, MS frames and other miscellaneous scrap items, will be held as based on “As is where is basis” at HIMSR and HAH Centenary Hospital, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062.

Schedule:

Last date & time of inspection of items for auction. Tuesday, 25th November 2025 up to 3 PM
Date & time of auction. Wednesday, 26th November 2025 at 11:30 AM.
Auction participation fee. Rs 1,000/- (Non Refundable) in cash or Cheque in favor of ‘HIMSR’ payable at New Delhi.
Venue. M.S Office, board room, 2nd floor of HAHC Hospital Block-B.

General terms and conditions:

  1. The bidders may inspect the unserviceable/ discarded items on any day up to Tuesday, 25th November 2025, up to 3 PM.
  2. Only those bidders having valid e-waste certificates from DPCC/CPCB can participate in the bidding.
  3. The interested bidders/parties may participate in the auction as per the schedule by submitting the auction participation fee at the time of the auction.
  4. The bidding amount will start from a minimum of Rs. 1,57,000/- onwards.
  5. The successful bidder will have to deposit the full amount of bidding as Cash or a Cheque/Demand Draft in favor of HIMSR, payable at New Delhi, after getting a tax invoice from the HIMSR.
  6. The successful bidder would be required to lift all the auctioned items from the site without damaging any property of HIMSR and will be required to clear the site at their own cost within 3 days from the date of auction.
  7. The auctioned items will be permitted to be removed only after the full and final payment is received by the HIMSR.
  8. HIMSR reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason.
