HIMSR & associated Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital invites bids from reputed, experienced and financially sound companies /firms/agencies/OEM for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CMC) of printer’s maintenance, Cartridge refilling & repairing of printers in HIMSR & HAHC Hospital for 2 years. The interested Companies /Firms /Agencies who are in similar business may send their financial bids on the basis of the SCOPE OF WORK attached in Annexure 1.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS
- Eligibility of bidder: – This invitation of bids is open to Reputed Indian manufacturer or their authorized dealers /sole selling agents/OEM/stockiest authorized by the manufacturer to quote on their behalf for this tender.
- The sealed envelopes of Technical & Financial bids are to be dropped in the tender box, New Block 9th Floor HAHC Hospital, till 1 pm of 03rd June 2023.
- Bidder need to fill the KYC Document attached with this tender.
- Bidder should have an experience of Minimum 2 year in this domain and attach a list of clients provided in past and present.
- Tenderers need to submit tender cost of Rs.2500/- in form of DD/Cheque in favor of HIMSR, New Delhi.
- Technical Bid to be submitted in separate envelope along with tender fees and details as per Annexure III. Vendor will be disqualified if tender fees is not submitted.
- HAH Centenary Hospital reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the terms and condition contained in the tender document or to reject any or all tenders without giving any notice or assign any reason.
