On the occasion of World Health Day, Quiz-2026 was organized at Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (HIMSR), New Delhi, under the aegis of Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine (IAPSM). A preliminary MCQ-based round was held on 18th March 2026 at 10:00 AM, coordinated by Dr. Diya (Senior Resident) along with postgraduate students Dr. Trishla, Dr. Samreen, Dr. Nooreen and Dr. Habeeb under the supervision of Dr. Farzana Islam, Head of the Community Medicine Department. A total of five teams registered and participated in this round. The final round, conducted in accordance with rules outlined in IAPSM toolkit, concluded with Team B- Mr. Soumil, Mr. Aarnav and Mr. Avilash from the 2023 MBBS batch emerging as winners. They represented HIMSR at the state-level online round on 2nd April 2026, where the institute secured third position among other Delhi colleges. The quiz aimed to enhance student knowledge and awareness through a competitive and interactive format, with active participation from undergraduate and postgraduate students
