Sent the RPAC approved and signed protocol complete in all aspect, along with appropriate application to Room no G14, IEC secretariate, HIMSR.
- One Soft Copy
Scan the RPAC approved and signed protocol and Email to
iec-himsr@himsr.co.in along with copy (cc) to all PI, Co-PI, Student researchers and RPAC rpac@himsr.co.in.
- Cover letter to accompany the submission
- Protocol checklist to accompany the submission
- IEC will review your proposal and invite you for presentation. Regularly check your email and keep in touch with the IEC secretariate for date of IEC meeting.
- Guidelines for IEC presentation
Keep the PowerPoint presentation ready
Keep it as short as possible with number of slides to 5-7
One title page with all PI and Co PI
One Background with rationale page
One Objective page
Two to three Material and Methods page
One page for Ethics consideration
One page for Consenting procedure
Keep the Supporting material (Consent forms, questionnaire, references, study tools) ready to be shown
- Revisions and Resubmission
You will receive the intimation of IEC decision with in a week of IEC meeting.
If needed submit the revised One Hard Copy and One Soft Copy, as per the suggestion of IEC.
- IEC Approval
Kindly collect the Hard copy of IEC approval from the IEC secretariate within two weeks of intimation of decision.
