Cold chain handler training for covid-19 vaccination

Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital are collaborating Delhi Government in COVID Vaccine training. In this regard a training program was held in Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, organised by Chief District Medical Office South East Delhi and supported by Department of Community Medicine, Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. Medical officers, Staff nurses and paramedical officers from health centres in South East Delhi along with faculties of Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research attended the training. The training was on implementation of COVID Vaccine drive and orientation of Vaccinators/ cold chain handler for COVID 19 Vaccination. Total of 66 participants including medical officers, nurse and paramedics were trained. Dr Gunjan Joshi, Dr. Anushree, Dr Michelle, Mr. Manoram Tyagi and Mr Badre Alam took sessions for the traning. Dr Aqsa, Nodal Officer for COVID vaccination, HIMSR, Dr. Saurabh, District Immunization Officer, and Dr. Geeta CDMO, South East District, New Delhi congratulated the participants for making the event a successful.
